According to their blog, it will be free for the rest of the year, at the least. All you have to do is get a gmail account, if you don’t already have one, then sign into the chat on the side, download the plugin, and start making calls! If you have a Google Voice account, your Google Voice number will show as the outgoing caller ID.

You do not have to be a current Vonage customer. I don’t know anyone in Haiti, so I haven’t tried, but I’ve heard it’s a ten minute limit. I’m not sure how long it will be available.
