If you know anyone in Haiti and wish to speak with them, Vonage is offering free calls via an 800 number. You do not have to be a current Vonage customer. I don’t know anyone in Haiti, so I haven’t tried, but I’ve heard it’s a ten minute limit. I’m not sure how long it will be available.
